As soon as I arrived at Galini Taverna I was greeted with open arms. Nikos, the owner, had already heard from one of his customers that I was in Corfu painting local restaurants and has been told I might stop by. Armed with my sketchbook and paints, I arrived unannounced at noon on a glorious sunny day.

A chair, table, and umbrella were immediately carried out onto the jetty for me, and I was brought a constant supply of water and ice as I painted guests enjoying lunch. When I finished, Nikos insisted on treating me to lunch and later that evening I returned with my son Freddie for an Aperol Spritz and the best Kleftiko I have ever eaten. A glorious, happy day captured perfectly in watercolours.

    My limited editions are limited to 100 of each size (A2,A1) that will ever be sold. Each limited edition comes hand signed and numbered. Limited editions also come on a high quality 310GSM paper.

  • Open Edition

    My A3 size open editions are half the size of my limited editions and will not be signed or numbered. They are printed on 300GSM paper. Open editions are not limited to a set number of prints and therefore do not hold the same value as a limited edition print.
