I first visited Eucalyptus many years ago, during my very first trip to Corfu for my mother’s 60th birthday. It quickly became a firm favourite, and I remember many long, lazy family lunches there. In August 2025 I returned on my own to paint the restaurant, and as soon as I sat down I was amazed by how many diners approached me to introduce themselves. Several told me they had collected my Corfu prints over the years, and even commissioned me to paint their homes during lockdown.

Clearly Eucalyptus is a much-loved spot for many Corfu lovers who also happen to collect my work. This painting captures its lively, sunlit atmosphere, with diners enjoying lunch while gazing out to sea… a vibrant celebration of a place close to my heart.

  • Limited Edition

    My limited editions are limited to 100 of each size (A2,A1) that will ever be sold. Each limited edition comes hand signed and numbered. Limited editions also come on a high quality 310GSM paper.

  • Open Edition

    My A3 size open editions are half the size of my limited editions and will not be signed or numbered. They are printed on 300GSM paper. Open editions are not limited to a set number of prints and therefore do not hold the same value as a limited edition print.
