Artist Notes

This painting was created on a warm summers evening as I wandered through the narrow streets of Saint-Tropez. I came across Rue de la Citadelle which was buzzing with life with tables full of diners, sitting outside the Italian restaurant Clandestino. I ordered a glass of wine and set to work in watercolour and inks. This place had such a romantic atmosphere, I felt drawn to capture the glow of string lights, and the hum of conversation rising into the star-speckled sky.

  • Limited Edition

    My limited editions are limited to 100 of each size (A2,A1) that will ever be sold. Each limited edition comes hand signed and numbered. Limited editions also come on a high quality 310GSM paper.

  • Open Edition

    My A3 size open editions are half the size of my limited editions and will not be signed or numbered. They are printed on 300GSM paper. Open editions are not limited to a set number of prints and therefore do not hold the same value as a limited edition print.
